I am a certified Integrative Holistic Health Coach who enjoys working with women, men, and children. Whole-Body Holistic Health is about ALL OF YOU! There is no "one-size-fits-all" approach to true health. I understand how real your story is. I am here to listen and move you through life's challenges to achieve your goals to a happier, healthier, more energized you! I will hold you accountable, cheer you on, highlight your successes, and keep you moving forward. During our 6 month program together not only will we focus on healthy food and eating habits, but we will explore other aspects of your life that may need some nourishment as well. Life is too short to be unhappy, unhealthy, or unfulfilled. Let me help you learn what real health feels like while developing life long skills to enjoy the rest of your life.

Learn More About Me

I am a caring, compassionate, nature and animal loving person. I have been married for 25 years to a wonderful, supportive, hard-working husband, and I am a mom of 3 charismatic, beautiful children, 30, 24, and 19 years old. We live on a small farm in Texas with 5 horses, chickens, 2 cows, 1 donkey, 1 goat, 2 birds, and 2 dogs. There is plenty to keep me busy and active.

I did not always eat well, get good sleep, or understand the vital role my emotions played in my health and overall well being. It took a drastic moment to wake me up to how important food, sleep, emotions, and self-care really are. I went through my own transformation with a coach and know first hand how valuable it is to have someone working with you. I have learned that health and happiness is not a destination that you just arrive at, it is an ongoing, ever changing journey that allows you to discover more and more about yourself and your unique individual needs.
